What construction was underway there, @sunnyraytoronto?

"On April 1, 2024, the bus roadway at Sheppard-Yonge Station was closed for construction. The TTC is making essential upgrades at Sheppard-Yonge Station to improve bus roadways and pedestrian areas. Construction includes rehabilitating sections of the bus loop and customer platforms, as well as building underground duct banks along Harlandale Avenue. Subway and bus service is maintained throughout the project. Duct bank work continues on Harlandale Avenue."

and of course,... completion date was pushed back a few times,...

Question, are these renders still accurate - or was the office space compontent reduced ?

Also, it's still marketed as a condo but is that still the case given there it's not in sales ?

Hmmm,... notice anything new?

Hmmmm,.... notice the 3 huge circular pillars/columns? This is the first time these huge circular pillars/columns appear - and on the 2nd floor! Huh? They never appeared below in Parking Levels or Ground Floor! So then, what supports them? Oh,... that's a Transfer Slab between Ground Floor / Mezzanine Ceiling and floor of 2nd Floor!

I chatted with one of the construction workers about the Transfer Slab,... he asked if I was an architect,... I responded: "I'm Art Vandelay of Vandelay Industries",.... and if you don't get the reference, then give the computer back to Mommy and Daddy,... you, young punk!
