It's Allied. If Allied's track record in Toronto does not give you any confidence, I do not think anything would....

I don't disagree that the record is strong, but we are all looking at the same capped-million-mullion-mess here, no?

For whatever reason I'm not as weary of the mullions here, perhaps because the lack of spandrel and consistent pattern give a warehouse window vibe that I like. I like the projected frontage along King as well, looks sharp. What I am weary about is how overbearing it is towards the heritage buildings; massing looks clumsy in general, though I'm sure it'll all boil down to height restrictions vs. developer's density requirements.

Hey, it's something to stop the bleeding. Allied has essentially disbanded its Development and Construction departments, so this makes sense for the time being.
