For whatever reason I'm not as weary of the mullions here, perhaps because the lack of spandrel and consistent pattern give a warehouse window vibe that I like. I like the projected frontage along King as well, looks sharp. What I am weary about is how overbearing it is towards the heritage buildings; massing looks clumsy in general, though I'm sure it'll all boil down to height restrictions vs. developer's density requirements.

King and Spadina - after a long stretch during which the ground floor of the heritage 460 King Street West building has been closed, it looks like new life may finally be arriving:
