Agreed, we need more buildings like this one, enough with the big grey/glass towers.

It's a bit confusing, but the rear building (first pic), demolished building and empty parking lot are actually for the Manga Hotel development at 471 Richmond St W.

Only the left most building that's partially in the second pic is the sight of this development.
