Certainly a tall ask but I for one have always envisioned a supertall here at Royal York & Gardiner!

Makes a TOTAL of $6.725-MILLION in Capital Grants and Property-Tax Waivers for 19 x new "affordable rental" apartments for 99 years, or approx. ~$354-K per door in lifetime subsidy.
