I saw they have a database entry (https://urbantoronto.ca/database/companies/wilkinson-developments), which is why I asked.
On their website they present themselves as construction company, and that seems to be how they are operating here for developer Percy Ellis. I've met the father & son principals of Wilkinson in relation to the work they are doing at 260 High Park, but I do not know if they have taken the reins on any particular buildings as developer as well, so I wonder if we have them mislabeled as developers for Cornerstone and Hunt Club, or if they did in fact develop them too.

I don't mind this one.
I do wish the brick had a bit more colour in it.
I'd also like to have seen some kind of trim piece at the top of the street wall. I don't mean faux heritage, but something that like a traditional cornice just 'crowns' the front.
