According to an update from the Junctioneer they demolished the two houses at at 48-50 Heintzman Ave, which were abutting the plot of land for this project:

So..............they have their Shoring.......... - for the purpose of remediation permit.
They do not have the shoring - building permit.
Something in the permit section for 'New Building' is off.... LOL
