Lot of similarities between this and Theatre District, not surprising as they’re both Plaza BDPQ projects, so I expect the tower cladding to be similar too

Does anyone else think that the north tower of the theatre district project looks like a 1970’s prison? (if a prison were tower form) . Only relevant bc they have the same design team as 400 king

I wish the brick was used more on the South side (the only side that people will see reallly)
Instead the South side is mostly glass in the first 2-3 floors
I really like Theater District and hope they can replicate the same quality here

I’m liking this building a lot. King St W is gonna be looking real nice & eclectic soon enough with 388 King W etc .. in pre construction. Hopefully more patios, parks & spaces in theatre district area. If only the god-awful Hyatt Regency building wasn’t there.
