  • Height reduced from 141 to 111.3m
  • Total residential units decreased from 463 to 425
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 69 to 59
  • Total bicycle parking decreased from 479 to 428

The houses on McGill were vacant, occupied by squatters building open fires, presenting a fire risk to the neighbourhood. Neighbours and the local Residents' Association requested the developer expedite their demolition and the City agreed and issued the permits.
 
Burn it down or they'll burn it down...
