July 2 - Progress at 369 Queen Street West seems to be quite slow, and no one appeared to be on site today.

August 29. The 369 Queen Street site appears to be abandoned. No visible progress for at least eight weeks, and the hoarding at the back alleyway has been broken down, with garbage all around.

These small scaled builds can often be unpredictable. I imagine they were not able to secure a retail or other commercial tenants. And cash flow and liquidity of the property owners are probably unstable to get this completed on a regular timeline.

369 Queen Street earlier this week. Not impressed with either the construction quality of this build, or the speed with which it is being accomplished. At least the windows have now been installed.
The west side wall is less than impressive...
Not sure what this is - possibly the exit pipe for the roof drains? But whatever it is, no idea what it is supposed to connect to, or whether it is intended to just dump what comes out of it onto the surface of the lane?
