Official Plan Amendment to amend the Official Plan, as amended by OPA 778, to facilitate the proposed development of two towers (37 and 38 storeys in height), providing retail and medical office uses at-grade/ 2nd storey and residential above. The proposal includes 740 residential units and a total GFA of 68,604 square metres, 2,627 square metres of which is non-residential GFA.The proposed Floor Space Index (FSI) is 9.68 times the area of the lot. The application is associated with Zoning By-law Amendment Application (25 126138 ESC 24 OZ).
