Recent X post shared by WaterfrontTO says they are in discussion on a "year round" cultural center to development the land "East" of the parliament slip near the silos that will Attract 500K-1M annual visitors.
I am unsure if it's the Victory Silos land or the parcel next to it they are negotiating on.
Sounds like an Arena, Concert Hall, ?
Dream Impact (MPCT-UN.TO) owns 37.5% of the Victory Silos Parcel.

It looks like the dock wall where the pedestrian bridge is going is being rehabbed. Don’t know if this goes here or another thread. Taken 24 March.
