Love the design, hate to see that Buvette Pacey's space is included in the parcel.... it's one of the few cute and cool spots in this neighbourhood.
I don’t think they’ll be around by time this development happens. They’re struggling and might not make it through the new year.

The Keilburgers must have done well with the land assembly at Queen & Parliament. This at least will be a welcome change from all the old storefronts blocked off with frosted glass and “no trespassing” signs.

looks great in render , we'll see , ..how much did the little decaying red house sell for? just saying ... and the sadness of that perfect laneway/ back yard house .gone ...?are the moss park towers and that eastern building next to them a permanent scar , never to be developed

Oh. Did WE just lease all those buildings?
No, they did own it briefly (bought it from Triaxis who did the reno post-Marty Millionaire around 2016 or so), but lost it in a broader liquidation of all their real estate assets in 2021. It was then picked up by 339 QSE Limited which is controlled by Generation which represents said family and most recently sold to the City of Toronto. Pretty much everyone except the Keilburgers have all done well on this building, I'll just say that.

Online consultation on July 23. Currently a waitlist.

Toronto Public Library is preparing plans to relocate and expand the St. Lawrence Branch. The new district branch will be at 339 Queen Street East and offer expanded space and services - and we’d like your input.

Join us for a virtual consultation session and for more information about this project.

At the session, there will be:
• A presentation providing an overview of the St. Lawrence Branch relocation and expansion project, including key updates, design considerations and next steps
• A summary of feedback heard so far through earlier consultations
• A live Q&A with project staff
• Small breakout room discussions to share feedback and ideas on what you’d like to see in the new space.
