It is Pearson. It's not directly under a path, but it's close enough to be within an 'Area of Special Interest':

TBH if 51 storeys is on the flight path to Pearson and 43 storeys is not, I would really not want to even consider buying or staying in a unit on 43th floor, or anywhere near this building (!!!)

The flight path is directly over the intersection of QEW and 427, pretty much going north along 427 after that . You have a bunch of tall buildings right there at 427 & Bloor. Plenty of 30-35 storey towers already built and a couple of proposals in the 40-44 storey range. Here is a good post with all current and proposed massing for that area:
Massing in context (orange is this proposal, salmon is conceptual)

If it's not a problem to have a 44 storey building directly in the flight path so close to Pearson, I really wouldn't worry about living on the 43rd floor here at 327 Royal York, which is at least 3.5 km to the side of the flight path.

I was SO going to do a photo update on this important Canadian geese repatriation site! I was just waiting for the geese to return. Someone beat me to it...
I got you. The beavers have given up trees and taken up iron work to finish off the project.

Some workers were accessing the site thru the comically short gate/door on Royal York, think they had sump pumps running to drain the site.

I recently followed up with Councilor Amber Morley regarding the stalled Mimico GO and Park Lawn GO projects. No new info to share from her office's response. They are aware and deeply concerned with how ineffective Metrolinx's PPP projects are.

However, they did point me to an event where Amber is going to discuss this with the community:
