Why would I open a business in a junky run down storefront with a landlord who wants a cheque and will jack our rent the moment we see any sort of success?
Ossington should have never become such a hot spot it gave every landlord on every dingy old city strip hope their storefront would one day be a 'spot' 😂
 
Just noticed Gairloch dropped Bousfields for the rising stars at Batory for the CoA work. Should be a pretty easy slam dunk.

So many people who follow you on 'X/Twitter' work for Bousfields............will they ever recover emotionally from the lash of your whip? 😉

This looks amazing. Definitely not your typical Toronto condo vibe. Almost reminds me of some of the beautiful Iranian mid rise buildings. Put one of these on all the avenues throughout Toronto please.
