Interestingly ambitious time to expect shoring and excavation as early as March 2025. Marketing for this began around when the precon condo market slowdown started happening. And it felt uncertain how far along sales were able to be reached.

To alter the development standards (as approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law 1174-2024(OLT)) for the 34-storey mixed-use building by: converting the building use to a Retirement Home use; increasing the number of storeys (from 34 storeys to 35 storeys), the height of the building (from 114 m to 122.5 m), podium heights, the mechanical penthouse projection, the maximum retail floor area; and reducing setbacks, the number of dwelling units and the number of bicycle parking spaces. Also, to permit a Type "B" loading space and revise what is considered "Amenity Space" in the by-law (569 2013). There will be a total of 333 dwelling units on this lot. A Site Plan Control application (File Number 22 132 957 STE 12 SA) is currently under review.
