Some of them are likely to be heritage designated. I'm not sure the history of them, but that's what I was told by some of the tenants along this strip. Ironically the oldest house here is the white one on the right of your screen cap. It's like 1860 or possibly even earlier.

This Public Record link is for 306 King Street West, the La Luna property at King and Queen. This thread is for King and Hess and still should be 27 floors, a different project.
This thread has never been for projects quite as far east as Hess. This is a different project than the 27-storey project because the 27-storey version has been abandoned. Seems like it never actually went very far in the first place. 306 King West has been part of every proposal in this thread, but previous proposals included some of the adjacent sites getting closer towards Hess. Those sites, which may or may never have even been owned by the same owner as 306, have been abandoned by the proponent as part of their development ambitions.

So @Paclo the thread title should change, but only the address - 306 King West

Not the prettiest but I appreciate that the street level aspect tries to complement the character of the adjacent buildings

Lol it's like the Platinum condos across the street and the Radio Arts condos a block down the road had a baby together!

I'm excited for this one, I like the design choices. Thankful it's tall enough to dwarf Vranich's ugly hotel across Queen too, and hopefully hide it from view down King Street.

Just wondering aloud how many of these proposals will see the light of day. perhaps if done as rentals.
