Based on the City of Toronto newest HOUSING LOTTERY process, it looks like the mailing address for this development will now be 3030 PHARMACY...
A new rental community is opening in Scarborough at Pharmacy and Finch Avenues. Scheduled for occupancy in October 2025, this newly built property will offer a mix of affordable apartments and a variety of modern amenities, all in a convenient and charming location at 3030 Pharmacy Ave - https://ppmvaluesuites.ca/
The 24 designated affordable rental homes will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units. For one- and two-bedroom units, the monthly rent payable is $1,594 and $1,818 respectively and the rent for three-bedroom units is $2,075, subject to the Provincial rent increase guidelines.
These affordable homes will be filled through a random draw process coordinated by the developer, Park Property Management.
