I like that the new windows have sashes. They provide a little extra detail to a fairly nondescript facade versus the modern look of sashless windows that are just a single pane of glass. They look more period appropriate.

It sure is, although I'm kind of a fan since I lament when we lose them (which is far more common).

No action yet but the completion of the towers down the street on Landsdowne may improve the situation. Didn’t know that there is an upscale restaurant tucked away on this street.
