I believe they have reached the top level of the podium, so there should be somewhat of a stepback to the tower levels above that will make the rest of the climb feel less crowded for you!

Would be interested in whatever anyone can tell me about the BALCONY mechanism / format they are using on this building..??
Assuming that it is something designed to STOP thermal-transfer (hot and cold) to the main floor-slabs on these SOUTH facing apartments..??
