Glad to see there were 12 affordable units added to the mix with the overall size increase.

Second, some permit news:

New Building, Mech. and Plumbing all show as 'inspection' which clearly makes no sense.

I assume they've all been issued.

I can confirm it is now under construction. I saw the crane up and the construction site on the TTC bus. Couldn’t get any photos unfortunately but if I pass this site again I will be sure to take photos and upload here
