Join us at the Virtual Community Consultation Meeting to participate in discussions on the application and have your say.

Well, despite all his protestations of being merely a mortal peasant...... it's clear Planning takes @sunnyraytoronto seriously.............every so often!

LOL

This one is the subject of a Refusal Report to the next meeting of NYCC:

There is also a giant parking lot to the North for all those shadows to fall upon.
That giant TTC Finch Parking Lot is actually Provincial Hydro Lands,... as soon as Yonge Subway North Extension finishes in a few years, err, 10 years,... err, 20 year,... well, hopefully before Eglinton Crosstown LRT! LOL! And then when Finch Station is no longer the Terminus Station on Yonge Line 1,.... the Province might be re-purposing these Hydro Lands from Finch TTC Parking towards Residential Housing/Condos - Mixed Use,... some of the land closer to Hendon Park would likely be for an addition/expansion of Hendon Park,... it would involve burying some of these Hydro tower lines,... these are some of the ideas from Willowdale MPP Stan Cho's 2018 campaign when he was first elected - so when the time comes in a few years, he'll likely be pushing for them,...
