This is a better rendering than the last one creating that antique modern feel ! I love the rounded corners with the antique molding on top with columns and pane glass look for the windows etc .
 
This one has some amendments to it, via a settlement offer intended as an amicable jointly supportable submission to the OLT coming to next week's Council meeting.

Not like this is a new complaint, but… six and a half years to get approval?! It's simply insane how long it takes projects, even relatively modest ones like this, to get approved. Here, one storey has been lopped off the building, but the building itself is 6.6% larger. What has been gained over so many years? This should have been built and occupied by now.

Movement here in the form of a Minor Variance boost. (NOAC had been issued in 2022 with no permit activity.) Changes are as follows:
  • Storeys increased from 9 to 12
  • Height increased from 35.5 to 44.8m
  • Total residential units increased from 165 to 240
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 175 to 105
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 186 to 248
