Minor Variance application proposing a 6-storey / 7-unit building retaining the currently under construction 4-storey structure and adding 2 additional storeys. Newpoint remains the proponent. Primary architect is now architects—Alliance. This was scheduled and heard at yesterday's CoA, and was deferred to June.

Does anyone have the blueprints? I don't see a dedicated spot for trash on the exterior. With this many units, if there isn't an indoor garbage room and dedicated exterior trash bin area, the sidewalk is going to be a disaster on pickup day. I'm sure neighbours will be loving that.

Its only 7 units. I live in an 11 unit building and it results in about 4 garbage bins on the sidewalk on pickup days.

The plans are in the link provided in the original post, and show a garbage room.
