The Applicant here appealed the ZBA last November, and the OPA in February.

This one goes to the next meeting of EYCC as an Appeals Report, seeking authority to send staff to oppose this at OLT.

- Staff do not like the setback from the park, the separation distance from the north property line; insufficient distance from adjacent self-storage facility also cited. Floor plate size (both at/over 800m2), wind conditions and shadowing also noted.
 
The database has been updated to reflect the settlement proposal. Main stat changes below:
  • Storey counts changed from 37 & 23 to 36 & 29
  • 8-storey storage building introduced on the western portion of the site as a result of the Conversion Request approved by the Minister of Municipal Affairs/Housing
  • Total residential units decreased from 824 to 820
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 200 to 264
  • Total bicycle parking decreased from 619 to 606
