It's not that often that you see 226-unit, 19-storey buildings proposed for demolition in this city.

There seems to be few of those types of residents up on the chopping block for that area.
 
Only one I can think of is 25 St Mary but, I think we can expect many more should replacing 226 units with 1800 units be accepted. Yonge & Eglinton is the only place one can count on demolition actually occurring

2600 Don Mills Road (Hunter's Lodge) tenants received a Rental Demolition Application notice today. It would appear the original plans to retain the rental building have changed.
