Planning recommends approval of the OPA application, and recommends that Council send staff in support of the Rezoning appeal at the LPAT:
2600 Don Mills Road (Hunter's Lodge) tenants received a Rental Demolition Application notice today. It would appear the original plans to retain the rental building have changed.
