A public meeting will be held next week on an application to permit a 14-storey, 166 dwelling unit, mixed-use building and one four-storey townhouse unit at the northwest corner of Laing Street and Eastern Avenue

The proposal for 26 Laing St. will be reviewed by Toronto East York Council at the public meeting, slated for 10 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 18, at Toronto City Hall, in Committee Room 1.

Those who cannot attend the meeting in person can view it and/or take part by telephone or video conference at https://www.youtube.com/TorontoCityCouncilLive

Recommendations made by community councillors after the public will be forwarded to Toronto Council for further consideration and a final decision on the proposal.

Members of the public can send in written comments by e-mail to teycc@toronto.ca, or by mail to 100 Queen Street West, 2nd Floor, West Tower.
