Looks like an OLT appeal has been filed, sounds like something will be happening on 6th March. Can anyone tell me more about how this process plays out?

This is the first Case Management Conference coming up.

There is unlikely to be much news at that point, but I'll be happy to report any if there is.

The most likely outcome will be a follow-up CMC followed by a Merit Hearing...............maybe a year from now?

Then there's the possibility of a settlement, but those tend to be arrived at months or longer into the process.

Looks like the next hearing is on May 29th...

Its another Case Management Conference.

Both the City and the Proponent have more work to do on their respective 'issues lists' and there's also some matters of party status to sort out.

The most likely outcome of the next CMC will be to set a Merit Hearing date, but TBD.

Just the rendering looks pretty good! I do see why the neighborhood is against big development next to major area of single detached homes!

Lol, "view decisions" here has been updated with a link to the PDF / Word decision, but the links are broken afaic tell https://jus-olt-prod.powerappsporta...ails/?id=35d965e1-71bd-ef11-b8e8-0022483d1038

Yes it is currently deadlinking from their link. Typically there is a delay of a couple weeks from the hearing date to the document being correctly linked from the case page.

That being said this is still just a Case Management Conference so it is unlikely a decision was issued. They would have scheduled a Merit Hearing which is when a decision will be issued.
