Resubmitted with the following changes:
  • Tower B (west tower, Yonge-facing) increased from 49-storeys / 161.24m to 56-storeys / 191.1m
  • Tower C (east) increased from 47-storeys / 155.64m to 54-storeys / 184.9m
  • Total residential units increased from 1112 to 1370
  • Total vehicular parking decreased from 374 to 371
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 1119 to 1386

Ugly blight of a project. While I won't heap praise on what's currently there, losing more commercial space in this area and replacing it with borg cube residential and retail fit with glazing at street level is not what I'd call a great contribution to the neighbourhood.

And don't get me started on the joke that is 2323 Yonge.
