Totally agree. I'm so tired of these monolithic block towers being plonked down everywhere. This development would be so much more beautiful if they just refined the exterior a bit. I don't even need a crazy body design, just refine the silhouette a bit

There is a reason for that. For some reason there are staff who don't like buildings with heights starting with a 3. It's not a coincidence this, CC3, and Concord Sky are all 299m.

I can't imagine a meter would make that much of a difference to whatever area they're were concerned about.

I doubt you'll ever see buildings with much brick or stone anymore. The best you can hope for is cladding that resembles that.
