Demolition well underway.

I heard from one of the two local councillors for the area that a revised proposal for the site will be coming soon with a pivot to rental. So I’ll keep my eye out for any updates.

Correct it's Riverwalk Construction and Downtown Brampton has the revitalization projects (streetscaping, Garden Square and Ken Whillans square projects kicking off this year.

Yes, though a lot of the projects – private and public – are dragging along, like the Centre for Innovation (not sign of imminent work there), Peel Memorial expansion (forget it, it’s a provincial project and this is Brampton), along with several residential construction projects.

I think this is all finally, really happening but it can still feel like such a slog.
