Not going to win any architectural awards but great that with the redev of this site this stretch of Lakeshore will be almost all filled in. Wonder when the Green P on the north side of Lakeshore will get a Create TO proposal on it.

It's hard to believe that at no point did a developer come along to this neighbourhood and think, "whoa! that's a lot of grey...let's do something different here."
