Nice solid looking building! By having thick spandreling around windows and doors instead of all glass facade look . As seen in the photo up above

I'm fine with how busy the motifs combine to become, but the colour scheme is awfully grey.

Unlike Marlin Springs’ the Stockyards District, this project seems regrettably generic at first glance. The lack of colour makes for a dull facade.

I am glad to see this! Perfect scale for this location and it will give a boost to a really interesting area (Symes Road). Residents here will also have access to The Junction.

Technically, this area is part of the Junction as it's within the boundaries of the City of West Toronto that became The Junction neighbourhood when it was annexed by the City of Toronto in 1909.
