I wonder if they got the address wrong on the dev app. Seems like it should be for 2246 Birchmount Rd (the plaza).

The new rendering is updated in the database. The building height changed from 30.10m to 32.62m. The total unit count changed from 152 units to 169 units. Finally, total parking changed from 168 parking to 162 parking.
