Storey count changed from 35 storey to 40 storey. The height changed from 119.75m to 136.95m. The total unit changed from 346 units to 434 units. The total car parking changed from 59 parking to 6 parking. The total bike parking increased from 347 bike parking to 445 bike parking.

Technical resubmission on the SPA file. No major changes since zoning approval. The revised plan reflects the addition of a concrete pad on Merton Street at the request of the TTC. No new renderings. No permit activity.
