While the OLT did approve the settlement with an interim order in Dec '23, the Final Order remains pending (City must endorse expanded/revised proposal first).

Resubmission with the following stat changes:
  • Storey count is now 15 with the inclusion of indoor amenity in the lower MPH
  • Height increased from 60.33 to 64.13m
  • Total residential units increased from 264 to 274
  • Bicycle parking increased from 314 to 316
  • Vehicular parking decreased from 106 to 105

Hopefully never. Would love that St. Louis to stay open
agree as it would make my life easier rather than try to explain to my kid why we can’t go there any more, but the stores next door have vacated so seems like the axe isn’t far from falling.
