It seems from the marketing like the sizes are 1,500+ SF, so why do they qualify as shoeboxes? I think the execution seems pretty solid, storage in master on 202 probably a bit tight. Parking is appropriate. Amenity upscale appropriate.Is that a trick question? You want affordable housing to be built on the bridle path?...keep in mind that I wasn't calling it a shoebox condo, because I don't think that's suitable assessment for what they planning to build here. Nor was that the point of my original issue. But you know...that was the weird dichotomy that was put to me, so I tried to answer as best as I can in the hopes the person asking was doing so in good faith. Doesn't look that way from the reaction I got though. But hey, gotta go with the cards I was dealt with....and for what that's worth.
