New stats are updated in the database. The rendering is taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning. The total storey count changed from 11 storey to 12 storey. Height changed from 37.23m to 40.23m. The unit count increased from 154 units to 185 units. Finally, the total car parking was reduced from 127 car parking to 126 car parking.
 
This one has had a resubmission in May '24.

Still maintaining the innovative design overall, but some tweaks, as per the Cover Letter:

Few proposals have worked harder to do something good for affordable housing, good for the environment, and work to accommodate rather than shock the neighbours...

And this earns them 5 SPA resubmissions............

There are people who need to lose their jobs over this............

A well intended proposal may need refinement...........that's all well and good....... good intentions don't equal a pass on important standards.............but 5? 5 submissions........ FFS

This is either on Planning or Partisans..........and which ever one it is should own up to it....

This builder does have a previous new build in Kitchener from around 2019, though this project is larger in scale. They are sitting on the last few permits for their project at 2110 Keele, with them at Issuance Pending.

Why have I always assumed they were developers? It’s clear they’re not…

….maybe because their names where associated with projects that just don’t seem to happen? Either way, that was a sloppy assumption on my part. My extreme apologies for that! /dogeza >.<

SPA remains 'Under Review' here.........but permits are being lined up:
