Does anyone have any updates on this development? They've taken down the development proposal signs. I heard through the grapevine they ran into zoning issues.

The application is still active on the City's dev app, but with no new activity since August 2021. I see no indiction of an appeal on the OLT's website for lack of a decision by the City.

This is Limen's yard so it's heavily used to store tower crane segments and other pieces of heavy construction equipment. There are trucks going in and out every day.

Interesting! This is one block from Cawthra which has a lot of independent cafés and shops. I wonder what is planned for the commercial space? Institution?

New renderings are updated to the database. The storey count changed from 20, 11, 8, 4 and 4-storey to 27, 11, 8 & 4-storey. Height changed from 60.70m, 36.70m, 28.90m, 15.70m & 15.70m to 92.00m, 40.50m, 30.50m & 12.00m. Total unit count changed from 346 units to 405 units. Total parking changed from 243 parking to 184 parking. Finally, the total bike parking changed from 430 bike parking to 433 bike parking.
Rendering are taken from the arch plan via Rezoning submission.
