I don't see any reason they couldn't be.

But you would likely need to produce a multi-site contract that created the basis for steady-flow production to trigger that.

Yep - you will need certainty to create the economies of scale.

Assembly went quickly here, as one would hope.......but the cladding effort seems a bit plodding.
