Zoning is approved here, way back in July ' 22

We're waiting on Site Plan Approval, there are clearly some issues, and no new docs have been submitted since February '23 by the applicant. They will have been given comments sometime ago, its on them to respond.

There was a resubmission of the SPA on May 16th 2024 but it mostly seems like minor revisions and nothing since then
