Absolutely no. That ground floor facing a major arterial road should not be allowed in any urban area. A garage door and a blank wall with no windows.

The placement of the garage/driveway is awkward, and the dark wall isn't ideal - but I don't see either as showstoppers if they move the garage entrance to one side and landscape right in front of that wall properly, especially when the collective we seems to be utterly unconcerned about developments with ground floor windows turned into retail ad wraps. Also I just looked - the problem with that stretch of Finch isn't a blank wall - it is frankly the lackadaisical buildings along both sides with ZERO animation. This project - with modifications - will be a welcome development.
