As a Senior resident at 1700 Bloor St. West, I am totally against the 1728 Bloor St. West project. We will not only loose the sun on our patio area on our 3rd floor, but will endure years of construction … noise, dirt, heavy machinery, truck traffic, etc., etc. A footprint on a tiny lot! I wonder how many posters actually live in the immediate area.

I take it 1700 Bloor was one of those special buildings that didn't have any noise, dirt, heavy machinery and truck traffic when being built? In that case don't build this one.
 
looks like the ol' tower passed its application. Now we just gotta wait for shovels in the ground. Anybody got any bets for when?
