Yeah this project is bit of a mystery. Plaza have done some "coming soon" type teaser marketing for what seems like a few years now. But from my understanding, they haven't officially released sales on the market yet.

A crew of workers spent two days tidying up the site recently so it looks much less of an eyesore. No sign of any development-related activity.

A one pic update for March 14th, 2025:
Reviewed the permits, and AIC status.
SPA is closed/gone, I assume NOAC issued?
The original shoring permit appears to be valid, but the 2021 revisions do not appear to have accepted.
Foundation is ready for issuance.
Everything else collecting virtual dust.

The contractor building 182-184 Spadina has rented this site to act as a staging area, which accounts for all the current activity.
