They are finishing up some landscaping this week, couple new trees planted. Got these pics 5/14

Opening in July, they are still looking for tenants at this time. Will fly over soon as it looks to be complete minus some small items.

The fences haven’t been removed yet and the building looks like it’s been done. (June 13, 2025)

I like it. They achieved a novel design that is simultaneously cost-effective, high-performance (low window to wall ratio), and, most importantly, isn't a hot mess of offset windows, cheap spandrel panels, and pixilated colouring.
