The Gumby is what Id call it. Even if its a bit fatter due to the height reduction.

I can certainly appreciate it as a decent building. However, I can't help but think how differently I would have used the ~1.5M sqft and ~250m in height if I were designing this.

The angled/curved roofline is such a nice contrast to the mostly flat roofs around the downtown core. Really stands out on the skyline.
