Taken 15 June. Chatted with someone connected with this company and asked if zoning changes have helped their projects and the answer was very much. They also said that after the first building on Ossington the City was much more accommodating as were neighbours. Great to hear!

Massing fits in perfectly; shows there should be nothing to fear from multi-res in residential neighbourhoods.
The material choices are a little.... mean. It's giving self-storage. I wish there were warmer colour choices some minimum of ornamentation.

Misc Coffee now open in ground floor level (see also: 299 Ossington). Looking forward to seeing what Studio AC does with the residential units here.
