The set-back grey portion at the rear is a bit forgettable but generally harmless enough. Kudos to front brick portion along Queen West though. Nice articulation of materials and scale lines up with its surroundings on that block. I find this an overall step forward from the previous iteration.
 
Yeah I like this - it's not anything groundbreaking but its a nice fabric building

I note that Bousfields is talking to the City again on this one..........

This caused me to turn my attention to the SPA which still shows as 'under review'; and building permits (including demo) none of which have yet been applied for, let alone issued.

Seems like this one is really dragging.
 
This one is being shopped (ie the assembly and zoning are on the market for a new buyer)
 
I don't expect any movement happening for at least the medium term as Dollarama has opened up here
