SPA resubmission with the following changes:
  • Height increased from 31.1 to 35.5m
  • Total residential units increased from 168 to 178
  • Total vehicular parking increased from 58 to 69
  • Total bicycle parking increased from 132 to 137

No permit activity post-demolition.
 
Another post-NOAC SPA resubmission with mostly technical changes. Still no permits applied for pertaining to the new building itself.
 
really hope this one comes through the current car wash has been laid to rot and rats frequent the area
