I was basing the number on the 40 and 42 that the big projects to the north/northwest have so far as there will likely be an ask for more during construction. Is this a good place to state that a hotel would go well here?! 🫣😂😱

At risk of going a bit off topic, I have thought for a while that a hotel should go somewhere near Bloor/Dundas. There is a dearth of hotel options in the west end of Toronto. Being at the intersection of the Bloor Line and the UP Express & GO station, plus proximity to hip up-and-coming (Junction triangle) and established (Roncesvalles) neighbourhoods, as well as High Park makes it a great location.

Well there was that Four Points by Sheraton at Windermere and Lake Shore which was pretty damn convenient. Until you know...Torontofication took hold of that.

If only there was a long vacant lot right on the corner of Bloor and Dundas... 😂
