This is my first time seeing this project. This CONDO used to be one of the most exclusive buildings in the area. How did a CONDO building come to be slated for demolition? Did all of the condo owners agree to sell out to the developer? (they must have) Apologies if this has been explained earlier.

The driveway has been torned up now. Not sure if the plan is still a sales office. Has anyone heard anything?

I doubt anything will happen unless they change tenure to rentals...but even then higher end new market rentals aren't selling much right now.
We'll have to see. Meanwhile this formerly decent background building will remain looking like a lair for a supervillain, something out of a superhero movie.
